Come ready to share in meditation, movement, restorative yoga, and reflection. Yoga mats and ample so cozy props are provided. Just bring yourself and wear clothes you are comfortable moving in.

Join on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 at 3:00-5:00pm. The workshop will be held at my delightful studio in SE PDX, Ardenwald neighborhood (details provided upon registration).

Pre-registration is required, only 12 spots available. Cost is $50. Masks are optional.
