Tender Seasons Workshop: Winter Solstice Gathering
The Tender Seasons workshops give space to pause and reflect on and perhaps live in harmony with the cycles of nature. In taking time to honor the winter solstice, we will pause for stillness to acknowledge the months of darkness that have just passed and celebrate the return of light as the days grow longer once more. We will ponder what we want to bring energy towards in the coming season and new year and how one might lay the groundwork during the season of hibernation to plant the seeds of growth that sprout in spring.
Come ready to share in meditation, movement, restorative yoga and reflection. Yoga mats and ample so cozy props are provided. Just bring yourself and wear clothes you are comfortable moving in. There will be snacks and tea at the end of the yoga practice.
Join me on Sunday, December 29th, 2024 at 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. The workshop will be held at my delightful studio in SE PDX, Ardenwald neighborhood (details provided upon registration)
Pre-registration is required, space is limited to 12 participants. Cost is $50. Masks are optional.
