Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period are each unique chapters in the journey of becoming a parent — times of deep physical, emotional, and spiritual change. My perinatal yoga offerings are designed to meet you wherever you are, offering movement, mindfulness, and community to support your body and heart along the way.

Whether you’re preparing to welcome your baby or finding your rhythm in the weeks and months after birth, these classes provide space to breathe, strengthen, rest, and connect — with yourself, your baby, and others walking a similar path.

  • Supporting your pregnancy

Pregnancy is a time of profound transformation — a season to listen inward, and connect with the growing life within you. This prenatal yoga series offers space to move with awareness, build strength and stability, and find ease in your changing body. Together, we’ll nurture body, mind, & spirit, preparing you for birth and the beautiful transition into parenthood.

This class will be capped at 12 students.

  • Nurturing you postpartum

The time after giving birth is tender, powerful, and full of change. This series is a space to move gently, reconnect with your body, and be cared for as you care for your new little one. Together, we’ll rebuild strength, find steadiness, and honor the incredible work your body has done — and continues to do — in this new chapter of parenthood.

This class will be capped at 10 students. You’re not yet crawling baby is welcome to join the class!

  • Personalized Perinatal Practice

The path through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum feels deeply personal — and you may crave guidance, support, and space that is entirely your own. These private perinatal yoga sessions are designed to honor your individual body, your unique journey, and your personal goals.

Private sessions can be scheduled as single sessions or as a series, giving you continuity, deeper learning, and a practice that evolves alongside your body and your baby. This is your space to connect, restore, and feel supported every step of the way.

Prenatal yoga series

This class welcomes all birthing people. Each session begins with time for check-ins and mindfulness practices to support you through pregnancy, labor, and birth.

Together, we’ll cultivate awareness and functional strength in the core — including the pelvic floor — through movements that build stability in the glutes and legs, create space in the torso for the breath, and open the chest and upper back to help relieve common pregnancy-related back discomfort.

Our practice includes poses designed to encourage optimal positioning of your baby for birth and movements that can be used during labor to support your body and assist your baby’s journey into the world.

This series-style format provides a nurturing environment to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who are also growing their families (hello, new parent friends!).

Each class is recorded and shared with all participants, so you can revisit your favorite sessions or catch up if you miss one. Recordings are available for 30 days and can be viewed as often as you like.

Participants also have access to my yoga, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum lending library throughout the series.

Postpartum yoga series

This class welcomes all birthing people to gently reconnect with their bodies after giving birth. Together, we’ll explore ways to reengage the pelvic floor and core, rebuild strength, and release tension in areas that may feel overworked from caregiving. Each session includes opportunities to ask questions, receive resources, and enjoy intentional moments of rest.

This class is recommended for those who have been cleared by their healthcare provider to resume movement practices and who are no longer experiencing postpartum bleeding.

Each class includes time for check-ins, community connection, and discussion of postpartum resources. Mindfulness and nervous system support are woven throughout the sessions to help you feel grounded and resourced during this tender period of transition.

Your baby (if not yet crawling or walking) is warmly welcome to attend with you. This is a yoga class focused on the person who gave birth rather than a “Baby and Me” class, there are a few bouncers, baby toys, and — if needed — an extra set of hands available for holding babies (one of my favorite parts of class!).

Class size is limited to 10 participants to ensure individual attention and a supportive environment.
