Postpartum Yoga | 6 class in-person series
For
All birthing people — all bodies and postpartum experiences are welcome
Schedule
Wednesdays, 10:00 – 11:15 AM
6 sessions: January 7th - February 11th, 2026
Location
My studio in the Ardenwald neighborhood, SE Portland, OR.
(Address provided after registration.)
About the Class
This series offers a gentle way to reconnect with your body after giving birth. Each session includes time for check-ins, community connection, and supportive mindfulness practices. You’ll explore movements that:
Reengage and strengthen the core and pelvic floor
Support the glutes, legs, and upper back
Release tension from feeding, holding, and caring for your baby
Help you feel grounded and resourced during this tender transition
This class is recommended for those cleared by their healthcare provider to resume movement and who are no longer experiencing postpartum bleeding.
Babies who are not yet crawling or walking are warmly welcome. While the focus is on the postpartum parent rather than a “Baby and Me” class, there are a few bouncers, toys, and—if helpful—an extra set of hands for baby holding (one of my favorite parts!).
Class Size: Limited to 10 participants to support individual attention, questions, and community-building.
Masks: Optional
Recordings
All classes are recorded and shared with participants. Videos remain available for 30 days so you can revisit sessions or catch up anytime.
Bonus
Participants may borrow from my yoga, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum lending library throughout the series.
Sliding Scale Pricing
Choose the rate that best fits your situation:
$120 — struggle to meet basic needs and often need assistance / basic needs are mostly met and finances are not always steady
$135 — basic needs are mostly met and I can afford this class but I cannot contribute to create greater access for folks who have less than I do
$150 — finances are steady and I have more than enough to contribute and can support other people in accessing this class
Scholarships are available — please reach out if cost is a barrier.
