About the Class
Each session includes check-ins and mindfulness practices to support pregnancy, labor, and birth. You’ll learn movements that:
Build awareness and strength in your core and pelvic floor
Support the glutes, legs, and upper back
Create space for breath and ease common pregnancy aches
Encourage optimal baby positioning and offer poses you can use during labor
Class Size: Limited to 12 participants to allow time for questions, personal attention, and community connection (yay, new parent friends!).
Masks: Optional
Recordings
All classes are recorded and shared with participants. Videos are available for 30 days so you can revisit or catch up anytime.
Bonus
Participants can borrow from my yoga, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum lending library during the series.
Sliding Scale Pricing
Choose the rate that best fits your situation:
$120 — struggle to meet basic needs and often need assistance / basic needs are mostly met and finances are not always steady
$135 — basic needs are mostly met and I can afford this class but I cannot contribute to create greater access for folks who have less than I do
$150 — finances are steady and I have more than enough to contribute and can support other people in accessing this class
Scholarships are available — please reach out if cost is a barrier.
